For Odoo partners
Your client just landed Home Depot, Tractor Supply or Zoro, and the retailer wants EDI or an API connection. That project is slow, specialised, and usually outside an Odoo implementation. We take it on as a managed service, and you stay the client's Odoo partner.
What we do
- Connect your client's Odoo 19 to any retailer, by EDI or API. Some we already work with: Home Depot, Home Depot DFC, Zoro, Tractor Supply, Shopify, Mathis Home
- Run the retailer's onboarding and certification
- Deliver orders into Odoo as standard sales orders; ship notices, invoices and inventory go back automatically
- Keep the connection running: retailer changes, resends and certifications are on us, not on you or your client
What stays with you
- The Odoo relationship: implementation, customisation, training, support and licences
- We install a small set of open-source (LGPL-3) Odoo modules and don't touch your custom work. Anything that affects your code goes through you first.
- We don't sell Odoo implementation to your clients. (Our Odoo setup service is for suppliers who don't have a partner.)
What you earn
15–20% of the client's first-year subscription for every client you refer who signs, paid as the client pays.
Example: a client on 3 retailers pays $1,050/month, so year one is $12,600. You earn $1,890 at 15% or $2,520 at 20%.

Good fit
- Odoo 19 (Odoo.sh or self-hosted). Home Depot DFC needs Enterprise + Barcode.
- A US or Canadian supplier selling, or about to sell, to big retailers
- Roughly 100–3,000 retail orders a month
